Payments and guarantees: If a reservation is not confirmed or payment cannot be processed, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Payment upon check-in: The hotel will charge 100% of the total accommodation cost at the time of check-in.
No-show policy: In the event of a no-show, the hotel will charge the cost of the first night to the credit card provided as a guarantee during the booking process.

Policy for Minors (under 18 years of age): All minors must present a valid identification document (birth certificate, national ID card, or passport) and must be accompanied by an adult.
Child Protection Law: In accordance with Article 1098 of the 2006 Code on Children and Adolescents, minors under 18 may only enter the premises if accompanied by at least one adult. If the adult is not a parent, they must present a notarized authorization signed by both parents.
No-Smoking Policy: Hotel 1616 is a 100% smoke-free establishment. A cleaning fee of $250,000 COP will be charged for smoking inside the rooms.
Quiet Hours and Noise Policy: Hotel 1616 is a place to relax. Loud noise or loud music will result in a fine of 250,000 COP + VAT.
Check-in: Please note that during check-in, we will scan your ID (national ID or passport) and you will be required to sign a lodging agreement.
Additional guests: Any guest not registered during the initial check-in is considered an additional guest. A charge of $300,000 COP + VAT per person will apply. The maximum room occupancy must be respected at all times.
Taxes (VAT): Colombian citizens must pay VAT (19%) at the hotel. Foreigners may be exempt under local law. All taxes and fees are calculated based on the current exchange rate and must be paid in local currency (COP).
Reservation and Cancellation Policies:
Flexible Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation at no cost up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date.
Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged the full price of the first night.
Credit Card Guarantee: Hotel 1616 requires that all reservations be guaranteed with a credit card. This card will be used to charge the total amount of the stay only if the guest does not cancel at least 48 hours prior to arrival or in the event of a no-show.
